Our Story

Justin Davies
C.E.O. and founder

Founded in 2017, the journey to create Cerebria began with a realization that across the medical landscape, critical expertise is often "locked" inside vast libraries of video and text that few have the time to truly master.

My path in this field spans over 15 years, rooted in a deep-seated passion for how professionals learn and perform under pressure.

The spark for Cerebria's mission came during my time at Imperial College, where I invented IFR (Instantaneous Flow Reserve). That technology—later acquired by Philips—taught me that the right data, delivered at the right moment, can fundamentally change outcomes. I saw firsthand that whether you are a physician in the OR, a field service engineer maintaining complex hardware, or a representative supporting a case, performance is only as good as the information you can recall and apply.

Unlocking the Power of Data

Today, Cerebria is an AI Company dedicated to solving the "Retention Challenge." We’ve moved past static manuals to create Cerebria Brain. Rather than hosting content, we tap into an organisation’s existing video and text libraries, utilizing state-of-the-art AI to build fully immersive simulators and interactive environments.

This allows users—from university students to veteran experts—to "interrogate" their own data in real-time, turning passive resources into active mastery.

Our organisation was built on the belief that thoughtful innovation can create decisive impact. We are driven by the conviction that when we empower people with smarter, frictionless tools, we aren't just improving training—we are ensuring that the world’s most advanced medical technology is matched by the world’s most prepared experts.

At our core, we believe in the power of human potential. Our mission is to help our clients not just meet their goals, but exceed them through innovative solutions that work.
